New Care Club Online Booking System

We are very excited to announce our new Before and After School Club Online Booking System called Hivelink.

Our wonderful Dominoes Before and After School Club is highly successful, and to ensure its sustainability and continued growth, we have invested in an online platform for booking Club sessions.  So, instead of providing us with a Dominoes booking form, or phoning/ emailing your requests into the school office, you will be able to book all the sessions you require online, and pay for them as you go.  Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare contributions can also be redeemed using Hivelink.

This makes the process more efficient for parents and will significantly reduce administration for the school.  It will mean we will have electronic registers created from parent bookings, which will reduce the margin for error we have with paper registers.  Plus, there is the added bonus of becoming more environmentally friendly, as we switch to paperless.

Dominoes ‘Before and After School Care Club’ is a self-financing club that operates on the premises of St Dominic’s Catholic Primary School. We provide a high quality of care for your children, supervised by qualified and/or experienced staff. Parents whose children attend the school are invited to apply for places for out of school care for their children.

Please use the Margaret Street entrance when using the club. Parents are respectfully requested not to use the school car park in the morning or after school for health and safety reasons.

The club is inspected by Ofsted when the school is inspected and copies of the full inspection reports are available on request.

Opening Hours:

Morning Session (Breakfast Club)     7.30am-8.45am

Afternoon Session (Tea Club)            3.15pm-6.00pm

Charges:

Morning Session (7.30am - 8.45am )   £5.50 

Morning Session (8.00am - 8.45am)    £4.50

Afternoon Session (Tea Club)              £6.50 until 5.00pm / £8.00 until 6.00pm

Whilst there is some flexibility for the allocation of places on a short notice or emergency basis this cannot be guaranteed as staffing ratios have to be arranged in advance or the club may be full.

Children must be collected from the club by 6.00pm otherwise additional late fees will be charged.
