Year 2

Autumn 25-26

This term, Year 2 have been exploring the lifecycle of animals. They have learned how animals grow and change throughout their lives, from birth to adulthood. The children investigated how offspring often resemble their parents but may look different at certain stages of development. Through discussions, observations and creative activities, they discovered how animals such as frogs, butterflies and mammals go through fascinating changes as they grow.
