Year 6

British Science Week 2025 

BWH set a challenge for Y5 and Y6 pupils, during British Science Week, to create and label an animal that was adapted to living in Stafford. Well done to everyone, children came up with some super ideas and reasons why the adaptations would be good for Stafford living. Here are our Y6 winners! 

Autumn 2024

Year 6 have been conducting a number of investigations around micro-organisms. We have looked at how temperature affects the growth of yeast and we are currently waiting to see some bacterial growth on our bread that we have rubbed on different surfaces!
