Year 6
Autumn 25-26
This term, Year 6 have been learning about the classification of plants and other living things. They explored the differences between flowering and non-flowering plants and developed their understanding of how scientists group living organisms based on shared characteristics. Using classification keys, the children practiced identifying and sorting a variety of plants and animals, deepening their knowledge of the natural world.
Sparks have been flying in Y6!
Our young Scientists explored how circuits work - experimenting with wires, bulbs and batteries. They used Scientific symbols to record their findings like real engineers. Brilliant work, Y6!
